PHASE 1:

To apply, please complete Phase 1 of the application ONLY.

We encourage you to have an early conversation with your building principal and technology supervisor (for technology-related grants) since all applications will require their signature.

E-mail the completed signed application as a pdf to admin@bernardstef.org, with the subject line: Grant Application-Phase 1, Last Name.

A BTEF Connection will confirm receipt via email and make themselves available to answer any questions that you may have.

The BTEF Grants Committee reviews and votes on applications using a standardized rubric to ensure fairness and consistency. Selected applications will be invited to move onto Phase 2.​​​
PHASE 2:
-
Complete the second part of the application using the same application you used for Phase 1.

E-mail the completed signed application as a pdf to admin@bernardstef.org, with the subject line: Grant Application-Phase 2, Last Name.

The Grants Committee will review all Phase 2 applications using the same standardized rubric that was used in Phase 1.

Your BTEF Connection will once again confirm receipt via email.

Selected applications will be notified in early June and are officially announced at a BOE meeting in June 2026.
