The BTEF Youth Initiative is composed of Ridge High School students who are committed to making positive change in their immediate classroom environments, uplifting teachers and fellow students in the district by supporting BTEF's mission. The YI works closely with BTEF volunteers to raise awareness and funds for Educator Grants.

Creating social media content
developing marketing materials

strategizing/planning youth fundraising events

running fundraising events

*Obligation is 1-2 hours per week depending on level of involvement
